At the end of December, 2000, Chris informed Stan of our intent to move out of the house as soon as we were financially able. Stan acknowledged receipt of this letter, returned our mortgage payment for January, 2001, and began hostile legal actions to evict us. We were only given 17 days to move out of the house.
