Moishe Rosen writes the pastor of a church and states that there was no basis to any of the allegations made against Stan and that, in fact, Chris Lee had gone to the FBI.  Both statements were factually incorrect as the Manatee County Sheriff's office had investigated Stan and due to "multi jurisdictional issues" had taken the matter to the FBI.  Moishe writes: "You are dealing with a heart broken old man whose daughter and son-in-law are estranged for reasons neither you nor I or Stan can explain."  If Moishe had bothered to check with me, I would have told him that the reason we were estranged from my father was because, in January 2001 he fired me as ministry secretary, then tried to evict us from the family home through his lawyers. I have not heard from nor seen my father since.  He has returned all the mail I have sent him unopened and marked 'refused.'  Rev. Rosen also states that Stan Telchin Ministries could not pay for Stan's salary.  That may be true, but only because Stan was stealing so much of the donor money there was nothing left to pay him an honest paycheck.

Moishe also states that the board investigated the matter and found no basis for any of the allegations.  I am not sure what constituted an investigation on their part, but I do know they never called me and I do know the FBI got involved and eventually Stan Telchin Ministries was shut down.  I also know that they never responded to the treasurer's audit report which showed how Stan was deceiving the board and stealing donor money
