Stan Telchin Ministries was incorporated in the state of Maryland where Stan lived. Maryland would eventually forfeite the corporation and Stan would then quickly move to Florida. Once in Florida, he would not register with the state as required by law (though he said he had) and he would continue to solicit, receive and spend tax deductible donations. After discovery of the fofeiture, Stan would file for articles of revival but would do so only after being threatened with a criminal complaint. Stan Telchin Ministries would be called to an audit by the IRS in late 2002 and shortly thereafter the ministry was permanently dissolved and all assets were transferred to Jews for Jesus.
