Having paid the January, 2001 mortgage for the family home we lived in, Stan would return our check on January 4, 2001 and would then have a lawyer send us a letter of eviction on January 16, 2001.  The eviction would not go through as we voluntarily up and left town.  We have not heard from nor seen Stan since and he refuses all contact with me even to the point of returning my mail unopened and marked 'refused.' 

Yet, he travels far and wide and tells his audiences about his loving family and mentions me by name. He then sells his book "Betrayed!" which is simply not an accurate reflection of our family today.

First, Stan returned our mortgage payment for January "in view of the situation",
then hired a lawyer to serve us with a letter of eviction. My husband, my nine year old son and
I refused to be evicted and voluntarily left town. We have not heard from Stan since.

You are hereby directed to vacate the Trust real property located at 5508 Vinci Circle, Sarasota, Florida, 34243 by or before January 31, 2001 at 5:00 p.m. and to leave behind all items belonging to the Trust, the Trustee, and or Stan Telchin Ministries, Inc.  You should take with you only those items actually owned by you, under penalty of conversion if you do not.

If you do not comply, legal proceedings will be initiated.  No further notice will issue.  All communications regarding this matter should be directed to this office.
