In recent years, as found in New Jersey Jewish News , Charisma Magazine, The Messianic Times, Christian Week, and other mainstream evangelical publications and other circles (to include a public letter jointly authored and signed by fifteen prominent Christian leaders including congregational leaders, seminary leaders and the heads of major ministries and a letter detailing the audit results authored by the treasurer and board member of Stan Telchin Ministries, Inc.), the representations of Stan Telchin have been described as damaging, dangerous, one who airs dirty laundry, not truthful, inflammatory, a cause of great confusion, of little substance, an aggressive attempt to divide the Body of Christ, not credible, skewed, disparaging, myopic, a liar, deceitful, an exaggerator of fact, and Scripturally unqualified for leadership.

"I cannot be a part of, or associated with my father's ministry, as it has found to be marked with a long trail of serious misrepresentations and outright untruths. My father knows how I feel and yet, he continues to use my name and our family to perpetuate a public ministry that is simply a fraudulent illusion. The credibility of what Stan preaches has been impeached by what was uncovered in his private life."
