Shortly before his marriage on November 18, Stan came to us and asked us to sell our house as he needed access to the funds in my mother's trust which secured that mortgage. He offered his house to us and we agreed to sell our house to help him. He moved into his new wife's house and we moved into his house on or about December 13, 2000 only to find him serving us with an eviction notice through his attorney within weeks.
