The Certificate of Forfeiture issued to Stan Telchin Ministires in 1999. Stan Telchin Ministries was incorporated in Maryland. Fully aware that Stan Telchin Ministries was forfeited, Stan quickly moved to Florida and kept right on operating and did not register with the State of Florida as required. Despite the forfeiture, he continued soliciting, receiving and spending tax deductible contributions to pay for home remodeling, his home cable tv, Roto Rooter to unplug his home toilets and other such nonsense. Stan would eventually file for articles of revival and registered with the state of Florida. He did so only after being told if he did not do it within 30 days, a criminal complaint would be filed against him for illegally operating a forfeited corporation. I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT STAN TELCHIN MINISTIES INC. IS NOT IN GOOD STANDING WITH THIS DEPARTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: THE CORPORATION HAS BEEN FORFEITED.
